[core-kit] autogen recent version of `sys-fs/lvm2`

    • We'll get bugfixes for this mature software when they come. Kernel features still get added for `lvm` so perhaps userspace will need to update at some point. Really minor impact overall except we should autogen it.

      We can use `dirlisting-1` to fetch from the official mirror here:
      https://mirrors.kernel.org/sourceware/lvm2/

      Need to investigate; but `lvm2` is mature software at this point and these tiny point releases should be the sorts of bugfixes that we want.
