This epic relates to work on the core system. Primarily geared towards OpenRC, Funtoo Networking configuration. These are things that are part of the system profile, but are not toolchain (Core Toolchain Epic), not Funtoo-specific (FuntooTools Epic).

I've also expanded this to include general stage3 or networking (NetworkManager) maintenance and updates. Any "core-ish" stuff that isn't purely Security-focused, which has its own Epic.
