document ramdisk plugin system (lvm)

      Machines that I admin have rootfs on lvm.  Many of them also have lvm on top of an encrypted block device.  In order to make this setup work in a new Funtoo install, had to enable some USE flags.  Perhaps it makes sense to create a mix-in for lvm-root, comparable to the encrypted-root that exists already.  In general things work as expected with the right USE definition.
