To support contributors and those performing "helping to run Funtoo" duties, we need documentation of standard procedures for various tasks. This Epic exists to collect these related issues.

Can include:

1. Documentation related to contribution and development tasks
2. Documentation related to tooling used by contributors (metatools, funtoo-ramdisk as appropriate)
3. Documentation for standard operating procedures and processes
