apache2 fails to start on fresh install due to "ServerName" not set

      A fresh installation of apache 2 will fail to start because "ServerName" isn't set.. which it actually is in the 00_default_vhost file.. however, I'm forced to put "ServerName <name>" in the /etc/apache2/httpd.conf so that the server can start.
