Need a Stage3-KDE-Plasma for KDE users.

    Description

      It would be nice to have a KDE-plasma-Stage3 for KDE users to install Funtoo from. Right now KDE users have to go through a bunch of steps to get KDE on their system which isn't ideal, and doesnt give a good user experience. Ideally this would have SDDM as the default login manager.
