emerge fchroot and then `man fchroot`. Also, try `man fchroot-simple`.

Man pages describe what commands do, so people have an idea of what to expect before they run them. It is a good idea for all software to have man pages, even if they are very basic.
fchroot does not have a man page. Neither does fchroot-simple.
