This epic is related to issues concerning our installation of Funtoo, stage3's and related improvements.

This epic also collects things related to "install images" of all kinds, including:

1. containers and VM's
2. stuff related to the installation of our DE's – but not internal work on the DE's themselves unless it's related to the new install experience.
3. This epic could also relate to install documentation.
4. It can also include bugs/issues related to Funtoo tools which impact "day 1" (install-related) activities.
5. This epic includes fchroot bugs.

What doesn't go here:

1. Anything related to "day 2" (post-install) activities should NOT go here.
2. Anything kernel, initramfs or genkernel-related – use FL-11486 Epic for this (Kernel/Genkernel/Initramfs)

Basically, any work that improves or relates to the installability of Funtoo, including LiveCD/USB, can go here.
