Missed pclmul flag in CPU_FLAGS_X86 for ivy-bridge profile

      I have two ivy bridge processors i3-3240 and i7-3770T

      cpuid2cpuflags show that this processors have pclmul flag

      cpuid2cpuflags
CPU_FLAGS_X86: aes avx f16c mmx mmxext pclmul popcnt sse sse2 sse3 sse4_1 sse4_2 ssse3

      Funtoo profile for ivy-bridge have no this flag in CPU_FLAGS_X86

       

      Bug is the bit same as FL-7913 please check this flag, possible it missed too.
