For our toolchain we need a separate git repo (funtoo-tolchain) on git.funtoo.org. It will contain the ebuilds for our versions of binutils, gcc, glibc, and related system-wide compiler/linker things.

This repo may contain an experimental branch to push exotic changes and a head with more stable ones.
