It would be of great benefit to the multilingual project if the ibus package was moved out of gnome-kit. This is mainly because of the following reasons:
1. While used in gnome, ibus is not a gnome package and is not really related to the gnome desktop environment. Therefore, the gnome kit isn't the correct place to put the package
2. All other ibus packages are in i18n-kit already & due to FL-10438, a package that is part of i18n-kit will be a direct dependency of ibus
3. The version of ibus we have in our kits is over 5 years old now and is in dire need of an update and autogen

Therefore, I propose we move ibus to i18n-kit and create an autogen
