There has been a new release of `lxc` along with the new release of Incus, v6.0.0, for which support was added in FL-12239.  It might make sense to keep these packages at the same version.

 Our new version of `incus` seems to function with our old version of `lxc`.  It is possible that `incus` will introduce features which `lxc` does not support unless we update.  However, it is also possible that LXD will no longer work with a newer version of `lxc`; and we don't have a newer version of LXD in our tree to match.
