[core-kit] Support the new Incus LTS branch with v6.0.0

    • Cannot install Incus.
    • Ebuild needs maintenance after new major-version release changed the installed files.

      A new major-version release of Incus occurred in the last 24 hours and has been autogenned correctly.  However!  The generated ebuild no longer installs.

      * ERROR: app-emulation/incus-6.0.0::core-kit failed (install phase): 
*   !!! newins: scripts/bash/incus does not exist
