Electron-Cash (fork of Electrum for BCH) and Electrum-LTC are both in our tree as very old static ebuilds.  We should remove them — if they even install, we don't want to encourage people to use them.  Newer versions are available from the respective projects' websites and install easily with `pip` or `pipx`.
