[net-kit] fix error in Bitcoin Core autogen regex to bump version

    • Versions of Bitcoin Core after 24.0.1 are not being generated, but should be.
    • Mistake in autogen.py regex makes versions with exactly three number sections required.
    • Old ebuild template needs maintenance to adapt it to upstream changes.

      There exist autogens for Bitcoin that break apart the server, cli, tx library, and qt portions of the codebase in `kit-fixups/curated/net-p2p/bitcoin-qt`.  The current version of Bitcoin Core is 26.0 but these autogens are locked at 24.0.1.  The autogen is a custom `autogen.py` that fetches tarballs from the official location.

      It makes sense to me to create slots for bitcoin versions, but in practice I haven't needed to do so for a long time.
