[core-kit] autogen current, maintained version of `sys-apps/shadow`

    • Funtoo users don't have an up-to-date, maintained version and have missed bugfix and feature releases for nearly the past five years.

      We still have a static ebuild of this important security-related package that appears not to have been changed since 2019.  Our version is `shadow-4.7` and upstream is at `shadow-4.14.5`.  It should be easy to autogen, being mature software with github releases.

      In addition to bugfixes, there have been features added that are needed by current versions of other packages, such as `sssd`, in order to enable features like subuid/subgid.
