[hardware] add kernel module for intel 40 GbE to Funtoo

    • We need an Epic for modules and firmware needed for hardware.

      I have some SFP+ 10Gb NICs that needed external software; seems the modules aren't built  in to the kernel yet.  We may be able to autogen it from here:
