Advanced users wanting to build a custom kernel must navigate the confusing state of affairs before arriving at something that works.
Our `debian-sources` ebuild has a bunch of USE flags like `luks lvm logo` etc. that explicitly require `USE=binary` despite that they don't do anything specific to a binary install. Many of them set `.config` variables that are interesting in any case.
I propose to remove the restrictions so that turning off `USE=binary` doesn't also necessitate adding all those other changes too in cases where they will be wanted. That way, turning off `USE=binary` won't suddenly lead to a bunch of emerge messages about other flags.
