[ruby-kit] Add Ruby 3.3.0 and all releated new Ruby dependencies to Funtoo

    • New Ruby version changes things in the Ruby ecosystem that percolate down via RubyGems to other Funtoo users. Ruby developers on Funtoo appreciate having the new version available on the system.

      In anticipation of the release of Ruby 3.3.0 on December 25, 2023 this feature task will track development encompassing:

      • Add the dev-lang/ruby-3.3.0 autogen to Funtoo hardmasked
      • Update any related RubyGem autogems as part of ruby-kit
      • Fix anything that is broken with new RubyGems

      We will stayed tuned to the official release announcement of Ruby 3.3.0 on

      Also, once the 3.3.0 drops, https://stdgems.org/ will be updated so we can update the dev-lang/ruby dependencies and dev-ruby RubyGems autogen accordingly to reflect what gems are included in the final release.
