[next][core-gl-kit] `x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers` ebuild maintenance

    • Proprietary nvidia drivers are several versions out of date; new versions include bugfixes that have made a more stable environment on my workstation.

      I think we should at least add the most recent versions in each of the two tracks for the `nvidia-drivers`.

      For the new feature branch" it is 545.29.02:
