funtoo-ramdisk: add support for lvm root disk volume

      This is a improvement issue to track feature research and development to add full lvm root disk volume support to the new funtoo-ramdisk initramfs software.

      Some items of this feature include: ensuring the correct statically linked lvm binaries from sys-fs/lvm2 are included in the new initramfs and lvm should be a plugin in the new funtoo-ramdisk, and the lvm commands work universally with lvm based root volumes.

      Currently with genkernel and ego boot-update, only these lines are needed in /etc/boot.conf's kernel params and lvm root volumes just work:

      real_root=auto rootfstype=auto
