The latest edition of m17n-lib, v1.8.2 is currently broken and does not compile. This blocks the following applications:
1. ibus-m17n
1. ibus-typing-booster

as well as USE flags in the following:
1. emacs
1. emacs-vcs
1. magicpoint
1. mlterm

Build log, attached below, looks like a patch incompatibility error.
