Hi, when I want to open Gparted from the menu, I have a box telling me that :

Root privileges are required for running GParted

Since GParted is a powerful tool capable of destroying partition tables and vast amounts of data, only root may run it.

But it does not open a box to enter the root password. Apart from tthat, Gparted works fine when launched from terminal with sudo or in a root environment.

I am currently using Kde, but problem was the same with Cinnamon, Gnome or Xfce.
