[feature request] binary package repo for large/heavy compiles

      sometimes I'm more concerned about getting things installed than having exactly the right version of long compilation packages, specifically webkit-gtk, nodejs, chromium come to mind

      I imagine we can start by auto-genning each new version, for a small variety of subarches, regular Desktop flavor.

      meaning one for generic_64, one for arm64_generic, etc.
      another for whichever other subarches are especially popular (intel-skylake, etc.)
