Currently, Funtoo doesn't offer any functional MinGW ebuild. By fixing this issue, MinGW would be added, opening the way to building Wine on Funtoo.
In both cases, attempting to build MinGW results is the same error within seconds:

Impact is not large, but blocking, as lack of MinGW holds back more complete Wine and Dotnet support.
