Impacts ffmpeg and its dependencies.
On FL-10844, we see mpv failing because the currently available ffmpeg version is too old. This is likely to happen to other media-related packages that are autogenned (as they should). So, it's better to keep ffmpeg also always up to date.
This upgrade needs to be very carefully and might involved upgrading/autogenning other packages too, so that everything runs smoothly, and the resulting PR should be sent to the harvester branch for FFS run before it can be merged into production.
