[lang-kit] dev-lang/go-bootstrap error on download 1.16.6 release

    • prevents go-bootstrap from being used.

      The ebuild of go-bootstrap is static and is based on gentoo tarball.
      We could probably:

      • autogen the ebuild
      • try to use the go-bootstrap from golang site (i'm not sure if this is possible)
      • upgrade to 1.18 and/or 1.19
