In FL-10470, the autogen was put into a condition that at least it would compile cleanly without failing due to a missing dependency.

This task includes finalizing the template update for the new version, which changed quite a lot, converting the autogen to yaml and checking the reality of the need to add mupdf as a dependency just to enable PDF output from a cups filter.

All these tasks have actually already been completed and I am opening this issue only so I can send a PR against it.
