net-print/cups-filters fails to build (missing dependency)

      net-print/cups-filters build system will look for the EXIF library and fail if it's not found.

      Emerging media-libs/libexif.

      The bug here is the fact that the ebuild cups-filters-1.28.16.ebuild currently doesn't have media-libs/libexif listed as a dependency.  Doing that will solve the problem.

      This issue manifests itself in the same way both on Next and on 1.4.
