harvester: debian-sources-6.4.4_p1: ext4 needs crc32c driver to boot

    • This will break ext4 Funtoo rootfs installs, which is probably around 50% of installs.

      I am unable to boot into a new harvester install with debian-sources-6.4.4_p1 with an ext4 root filesystem. The specific error I get seems to indicate that the crc32c module, which is needed by ext4, is not available on the initramfs.

      Either my initramfs is messed up, or this is a new dependency of ext4.ko in 6.4.4 and we'll need a fix to genkernel's initramfs to fix it.

      I'm attaching a screenshot of what happens after upgrading from the non-harvester kernel to the harvester kernel.
