Remove package: net-misc/bfgminer

      This package is some sort of bitcoin miner.   It's been unmaintained for 6 years.  From what I can tell the only reason it was/is in Gentoo's portage tree is because its author was a gentoo developer (luke-jr).

       

      I propose we remove the vanity package.
