[dev-lang/ghc]: replace ncurses[unicode] dependency with just ncurses

      This issue is actually a subtask of FL-10593.
      When the unicode USE flag is removed from ncurses, as it should, dev-lang/ghc is one of the packages that will fail due to "missing dependency".

      This issue is actually a subtask of FL-10593 . When the unicode USE flag is removed from ncurses, as it should, dev-lang/ghc is one of the packages that will fail due to "missing dependency".

      dev-lang/ghc is the glasgow haskell compiler and it is currently acquired by via packages.yml (a snapshot from gentoo).  As such, the packages available here are a couple of years old.

      Please autogen this and:

      • ensure that it depends on ncurses, rather than ncurses[unicode] (since unicode is non-optional in modern ncurses)
