games-kit roguelike updates and autogen

      Believe it or not people still develop and play these

      what I've got been working on so far:

      • a better warning for nethack with USE="X" straight up blocked out MERGED
        • afaict USE="X" is part of Desktop profile so it must be turned off in package.use  ..  perhaps I should instead comment out/delete the related lines?
      • stone-soup updates and unrestricts USE="test"
        • "tiles" requires app-arch/advancecomp (emake failed, bug incoming) or media-gfx/pngcrush (not in next-release)
      • bcrawl, a notable fork of stone-soup included
      • angband update with working USE="sdl2" and "sound" !! MERGED

      I plan on autogening these as well
