We need create a new stage3 using LXQT, like gnome-stage3 to raspi4.
I maked tests and work fine here. Very stable and fast.

Right now it is grade "B" in our support matrix, if we are actively building it, and making sure it is all maintained, we can move it to grade "A" and include a stage for this.
