[next][dev-kit] dev-libs/liborcus fails to compile after dev-libs/boost-1.78.0-r2 upgrade

      1. sudo emerge -av1 =dev-libs/boost-1.78.0-r2
      2. sudo emerge -av1 =dev-libs/liborcus-0.15.0

      During the Funtoo Live Stream's ego sync and package rebuild intro tonight, we ran into a fun bug.

      Specifically after emerging the new dev-libs/boost-1.78.0-r2 and attempting to rebuild dev-libs/liborcus-0.15.0, liborcus failed to emerge.
