      Please add pecl-module-kit which will contain all perl modules. This will allow us to:
      crash php-repo.
      Will increase readability
      It will simplify the maintence of packages
      Reduce the size of the git indexes
      finally it will allow us to repay a group of packages under augen.yaml

      Personally, I already have it split into dev goals
