dev-lang/ghc: version 8.0.2 is old

      We have version 8.0.2 of dev-lang/ghc, the Glasgow Haskell Compiler. But 8.10.6 exists in the Haskell overlay for Gentoo, and I think that version 9 is also released, but I don't have experience with that - I merely plan to dabble in Haskell soon.

      Could we use ghc from the haskell overlay for a version bump?
