Currently, we have an epidemic of people coming from Gentoo and putting various things in their /etc/make.conf despite that this is not supported in Funtoo.

To address this, I propose adding a feature to ego sync where it will perform a sanity check on /etc/make.conf, and a user is not following Funtoo best practices, at minimum a warning will appear, or possibly a special option will need to be passed to ego sync for the ego sync to actually happen.

I really hate doing things like this but as I have tried all other approaches I can think of to inform users, I think it is necessary to have our tools start to offer more clear enforcement of supported Funtoo environments.
