As part of FL-8140, I am massively reducing the number of packages in next-release's media-kit. 

When I'm done, there will only be enough things in media-kit to support a base GNOME install, and maybe a few other things. 

I welcome PR's to add anything back that is needed for Plasma, Cinnamon, MATE, Enlightenment, and that is specifically needed by Funtoo users.

These packages should be autogenned or if possible pulled from the 09-Nov-2021 Gentoo snapshot you see referenced in media-kit/next/packages.yaml. This file completely overrides media-kit/packages.yaml for next-release.

The best way to clean up media-kit, I believe, is to do a massive beard-trim like this and then let things 'grow back' that we truly need. This is the start of this process.
