intel64-skylake core built from Stage-3.

Install ntp and add ntp-client to default runlevel, according to the funtoo and/or gentoo wiki entry, then reboot.

DNS stuff not ready when rc wants to start ntp-client?
-
ntp-client successfully syncs with the remote server when `$ rc` is invoked after login.
drobbins suggested I file this bug report a little while back, and I'm just now getting to it.
ntp-client fails to update the clock from the remote ntp servers on boot, issuing this message:
Exiting, Name server cannot be used: Temporary failure in name resolution (-3) * Failed to set clock ERROR: ntp-client failed to start
Clarification:
rc_use="dns"
is set in /etc/conf.d/ntp-client.
Also, I'm using dhcpcd, rather than networkmanager.
