app-emulation/vkd3d-1.1 fails at compile stage

      I wanted to add support for D3D12-to-Vulkan translation support to my local copy of Wine but installing app-emulation/vkd3d fails

      It looks like the cause of the error is an undeclared identifier.

      I am attaching the build log below.
