      On an amd64-excavator cinnamon metro build, dev-qt/qtgui-5.15.2 is failing with the following error:

      dev-qt/qtgui-5.15.2/work/qtbase-everywhere-src-5.15.2/src/gui/vulkan/vk.xml /var/tmp/portage/dev-qt/qtgui-5.15.2/work/qtbase-everywhere-src-5.15.2/header.LGPL vulkan/qvulkanfunctions
      Incompatible processor. This Qt build requires the following features:
          rdrnd
      Aborted. Incompatible processor: missing feature 0x1000 - rdrnd.
      make: *** [Makefile:1707: vulkan/qvulkanfunctions.h] Aborted
      make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
       * ERROR: dev-qt/qtgui-5.15.2::qt-kit failed (compile phase):
       *   emake failed

       * If you need support, post the output of `emerge --info '=dev-qt/qtgui-5.15.2::qt-kit'`

      Info on RDRAND: RDRAND - Wikipedia

      It doesn't look like excavator has this instruction but it's wrong for qtgui to fail without it.

      Also curious why qt is getting pulled into the cinnamon stage.
