Funtoo's lua (overall) needs some serious attention

Some lua issues were brought to my attention while trying to fix an application that uses lua.

This is what I have noticed:

We have dev-lang/lua-5.1.5-r4 and then also the newer versions dev-lua/lua-5.2 and dev-lua/lua-5.3 presently. I do understand why we keep dev-lang/lua-5.1 as many packages still use it. Right now I don't have an idea as to how to fix this, other than move all to dev-lua/lua or move the new dev-lua/lua-* back to dev-lang/lua-*. I can see why dev-lua/ exists and it does seem like a good idea to have lua in its own kit, but the present implementation seems to be causing issues.

Also our lua eclasses could use some attention, especially pertaining to the lua_single to match what is in Funtoo's kits (dev-lang and dev-lua again) as the present eclass doesn't seem to acknowledge the dev-lua/ kit.

And lastly, we don't have lua defined in our ego profiles. I think adding lua to ego profiles might be beneficial.

Comments and feedback on this issue are much appreciated.
