proposed lxd improvements

      There are several other issues for lxd fixes (which I'll link to this issue), but wanted to propose that emerging lxd is as much as possible a "one step" setup process. I suggest:

      1. lxd ebuild installs /etc/subuid, /etc/subgid
      2. lxd ebuild ensures appropriate lines are in /etc/security/limits.conf

      This could possibly be done via a configuration script. The /etc/subuid and /etc/subgid settings on the wiki at https://www.funtoo.org/LXD are things I set up on every LXD deployment and I have never had to tweak them. Same with limits.conf.
