New glibc updates nsswitch.conf

      The in-beta glibc update does fundamentally change /etc/nsswitch.conf configuration. I do not believe this is an issue, but I will need to compensate for this in the Metro DE (GNOME, etc.) metro builds as I adjust /etc/nsswitch.conf for avahi-enablement by default.

      I am creating this bug to remind myself to fix this along with the glibc unmask.
