cmake autogen generates invalid ebuild for v3.20.0-rc1

      Today cmake v3.20.0-rc1 has been released not marked as "draft" or "prerelease" in

      https://api.github.com/repos/Kitware/CMake/releases

      So autogen generated ebuild with invalid name - cmake-3.20.0-rc1.ebuild.

      IMO "rc" releases should be filtered out, even if they are not marked as draft or prerelease.
