qscintilla-python fails in compile phase

      Attempting to build qgis fails in the compile phase of qscintilla-python 2.11.1-r1.

      It seems to be out of sync with the newer QT version that was just added. qscintilla and qscintilla-python 2.11.6 builds successfully.
