i am installing to USB, im installing to SSD, im installing to NVME....  swap partitions don't belong on these.  i do have a rotating disk for /home however, and that would be good for swapping.  swapping by file as default behavior will include swap one way or another but it doesn't force it to be pinned in one place.  some people will have rotating disks for /var, they could place the swap file on /var but the majority of installing i see would benefit from swap by file rather than by partition.

i disable swap rather than reduce swapyness, as i intend to bring swapping back to my systems....  im suggesting the official install discontinue swap partitioning.
