Package sys-block/lsiutil fails to install. That is because the download link https://www.broadcom.com/docs-and-downloads/legacy-host-bus-adapters/legacy-host-bus-adapters-common-files/LSIUtil_1-62.zip does not exist anymore. The file cannot be directly downloaded, instead one must go to Broadcom's web site and click through a mandatory license, like the case used to be with package sys-block/sas3flash referenced in my previous bug report.

One must now go to https://docs.broadcom.com/docs/G4xFLASH_SAS3.5_P14.zip using a browser, click through the license and then download the file manually.
