sys-block/sas3flash-15 fails (that is normal) with a message saying that the file must be downloaded manually from Broadcom due to a mandatory click-through license. That is mostly correct, but the following issues occur:

1. There is no mandatory license to click through for sas3flash (that does apply to another package, sys-block/lsiutil which I am going to file a bug about after this one)

2. version 15 of sas3flash is not available anymore, version 16 is available now.

So the instructions provided in the output of the error message would not be correct and would not lead to ability to install the package since file SAS3FLASH_P15.zip is not available anymore.

Instead, there is file Installer_P16_for_Linux.zip which can be downloaded through a browser only from https://www.broadcom.com/products/storage/host-bus-adapters/sas-9300-8e#downloads by expanding the "firmware" section and clicking "Installer_P16_for_Linux". That is not a direct link to the file, but activates some javascript that downloads the actual file containing sas3flash.

The package needs to be updated based on the information above.
